    HR Processes Specialist*

    Standort: Frankfurt am Main, Deutschland

    Aufgaben

    • Evaluating and prioritizing possibilities to adopt existing company software and technology portfolio to HR needs in close collaboration with IT teams
    • Initiating, defining, supporting and monitoring enhancements of the HR system landscape, especially with SAP HCM as single point of truth, Cornerstone software, Teams, etc.
    • Identifying challenges and assessing aspects to harmonise and digitise processes and data in order to document and administer them to improve efficiency, collaboration and quick access
    • Working on continuous improvement and enhancement of existing tools used by HR to meet the constantly changing specific requirements of HR and our business by analysing, designing, testing and implementing new features for all HR teams
    • Acting as first point of contact for selected HR digitalization topics and taking care of documentation and creation of processes
    • Supporting the preparation and implementation of current HR projects with a focus on digitalization as well as supporting other HR topics and projects
    • Acting as interface towards IT and HR internal

    Anforderungen

    • Completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g. industrial clerk) and additional professional training or studies in the field of business administration/IT/economics with a focus on HR or Digital Degree in information technology, business information systems or similar qualification
    • Several years of professional experience, ideally as an assistant in an international project environment and/or in a services function in a HR department
    • Deep understanding of HR strategies and HR processes as well as strong IT affinity
    • Initial experience in project management preferably with focus on design and implementation of HR processes
    • Strong knowledge of the HR product and service portfolio and experience in HR data management
    • Solution-oriented, organised with an analytical and independent way of working and out-of-the-box thinking
    • Strong communication skills and enjoyment in shaping change processes
    • Routine handling of the Microsoft 365 applications
    • Fluent in English and German
